This is why our doctors have received special training and certifications in treatment of issues involving the hand and wrist. Your first visit begins with a close examination of the soft tissues of the wrist, hand, elbow, arm, and neck. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Conservative treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome is somewhat of a specialty at our clinic. Most patients treated with CTS with our techniques show signs of improvement after the first visit. Most mild to moderated cases are completely resolved within 8-12 treatment sessions while more severe cases may take longer.
Only the most effective and safest therapies are used to treat CTS at our clinic. Treatment focuses first on reducing stress and inflammation around the area. Physical therapy to loosen myofascial scaring and restrengthening of the muscles of the hand is critical at regaining full function. The physicians at CIHC are trained and certified in Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique®, and Acupuncture all highly recognized for quickly and permanently treating carpal tunnel syndrome without the need for drugs or surgery.
